Hello! I’m setting up shopify payments and I mistakenly typed my name wrong, because of that shopify doesn’t want to allow me to authenticate by passport and bank statement after 5 attempts, do you know where and how to change the name? Thank you all for your advice!

Have you received any emails from our Support Team related to the requests for these sort of documents for verification purposes? If so, just let the team know by replying to the email thread you have ongoing that you incorrectly entered your name when you first created your Shopify Payments account. They’ll take that information into consideration when working with you to verify your Shopify Payments account.
