Im trying to setup my store and account. Only issue I’m having is when I get to “balance”, it goes to setup and create, it keeps saying something is taking too long and try again. I can’t find where to get past this issue

I’m sure we can get to the bottom of this for you. One of the requirements for Shopify Balance is that your Shopify Payments account is enabled fully set up, can I ask if you have completed the set-up of Shopify Payments yet? Usually, if there is an outstanding task for Shopify Payments setup, there will be a message on the homepage of your admin, so you could check there first to see if there is anything you still need to complete. There is a guide here that will walk you through the setup.
You will also need to make sure that you have enabled two-step authentication (2FV) as this is a requirement for using balance.
