Hi, I I’m using klavyio and several emails the client is receiving doble mails. One from Shopify and other from klavyio. How can I deactivate Shopify emails. I don’t have Shopify plus.

While some notifications sent from Shopify can be disabled or only used when you want them to be sent, such as shipment confirmation notifications, it is not possible to disable the automated order confirmation emails sent by Shopify when a customer completes their checkout on your store. These notifications may serve as the only receipt the customer has of their online purchase and disabling the default order notification email is therefore not permitted.
To avoid multiple notifications being sent, you would need to disable the one sent from Klaviyo instead. Please bear in mind that the default order notification sent by Shopify can be edited and customized, so if you do not like the look or appearance of this notification, you have the ability to make changes.

Yes, you are correct! This is a feature exclusive to those on Plus plans
