Newby here I’m really struggle to get my head around menus drop down menus main menu and collections I’m not even sure if I’m doing this right.
Does anyone know of any tutorials that will be easy to follow or direct me where i can find some help please.

I understand you’re new to the platform and looking to learn more about how to create drop-down menus, main menus and understand the navigation. You’ve come to the right place to gather a bit more information and discuss all things Shopify!
@Jigar_Rathod has shared a great informative video from our Shopify Help Center on YouTube on how to create drop-down menus. If you’re more of a visual learner this is a quick way to learn how to set up your drop-down menus to organize and display your products.
Before setting up drown-down menus we first want to understand how the navigation works. The navigation is located within your Shopify admin under Online Store > Navigation. You should see two sections displayed, Menus (footer menu and main menu) and Collection and search filters. Below, I’ll share a screenshot of this section for better visibility.

When it comes to creating menus, you’ll want to head over to Online Store > Navigation > Main Menu and click Add menu item. From there, you’ll be able to link to an existing collection you’ve created or a page. I’ll attach a screenshot below of where to locate adding the menu item.
Collections are a great way to group and categorize your products so customers can more easily locate the products they’re looking for. If you head to your Shopify admin, Products > Collections section, you’ll see the option in the upper right corner to Create collection.
