As there is an automatic email which is been send to the customer once the purchase is done, so we would like to stop that.

Hence we have KIT app installed also we are unable to login the same, further we would require your assistance to understand.

Great question! As you mentioned this email is automatic and can’t be disabled. There are some notifications which you can disable, but the primary one when a customer purchases cannot be. You can see some of the notification that can be below:

I’m don’t completely understand what you mean regarding the KIT app. Do you mean, you can’t log in to the app on your phone, or is it something within your store admin? Let me know and I can take a closer look into this for you.
