Designs Insight website design company screw over me by making my website live while they were still working on my website. They didn’t set up my products inside the collections categorys, Shipping and handling, they added $255 purchase in order to get free shipping when I didn’t tell them to do that, they also put at the bottom of my website a line of various different discount amounts that I didn’t tell them to do, they also used the Dawn Theme instead of the Fashionable Theme that I told them to use which they could see the theme I paid for in my administration backoffice, after I paid them $1,400 on top of the initial $1,700 they didn’t do any work on my website for 2 weeks. I filled out two of their work forms that asked questions about the scope of work that I wanted for my website and they disregarded my request. Then they had nerve enough to talk about another $1,400 after they would finish my website to run it for me. They also pose as Americans with a California and New York address on their website but one of the red flags of Designs Insight was after a week and half of me noticing they hadn’t finished my Shopify Store is when I went into my backoffice and saw two different names from Pakistan who were working on my website which means there were 3 people in my administrator’s backoffice. I was going to disable my shopify website but I’m learning that this is not possible which makes me very upset. That they would put my business in this situation. I just started my online clothing boutique and am dealing with road blocks. I’m not sure what to do because I gave them $3100. I don’t trust them at this point. HOW DO I DELETE ALL THE WORK THEY DID WITHOUT DEACTIVATING MY STORE? $1,400 is for work they never did or started which I asked for that amount back and told them they can keep the $1,700 for the work they did do. Does anyone have any suggestions? They also kept trying to talk me into letting them finish the work when they promised 2 weeks to finish because their supposedly team of people and expertise. They keep pushing back when they will give me $1,400 Refund til the end of this month. THANKS FOR LISTENING.
