How can I unfulfill a filled order for customs declaration?

I need to unfulfill an order so I can complete and print customs declaration form for a shipment from US to Canada.

Can anyone help? Thank you.

I’d love to understand a bit more about this in order to help you out, would you mind replying to this thread answering the question below?

  • Was the label purchased with Shopify Shipping? Or if there is no label bought yet, did you just click “fulfill” on the order?

If the label is bought using Shopify Shipping in the order page and the shipment has not been sent yet, you can always void the label and do it again, with the Customs Form hyperlink visible during the label purchase flow.

Thank you. The support team helped resolve the issue.

I bought the label from Shopify Shipping. Filling a separate customs form
was not required for DHL Worldwide Express.
