How can I uniformly change button colors in Dawn theme?

Hi,

I have seen the posts about how to change the color of the banner image, but how can i change the color of all the buttons to be the same custom color please.

You can change those by going to Theme Settings inside of the theme editor:

Thanks but when I do this it changes the section colours too, not just the button colours

You can follow the instruction below:

  1. Go to Online Store->Theme->Edit code
  2. Asset->/base.css->paste below code at the bottom of the file:
.button {
    background: #EC682C! important;
    border-color: #EC682C;
    color: #FFFFFF! important;
}

Hi, thanks has changed the colour and the text so thanks, really appreciate it. The only problem I have is sections where I have a off-white background, the button gets a black border even though I set border colour as #EC682C; and also tried border-color: transparent! important;
Is there any way I can address this?

Can you send me a picture of the button position you want to adjust. And if possible, you can send a mockup of the button position that you want to adjust. So that I can help you.

I am also having a similar issue- I have inserted your code as suggested and was able to change the text and background colours of the button but couldn’t change the border colours… I would like them to be white, like the text. I am also using the Dawn theme :grinning_face:

You can change the color button in each of the color schemes
