How can I unlink a deactivated account from Facebook?

How do I remove my Shopify from my FB account. I deactivated my Shopify account. When I go to “shop” in my FB it’s still linked to Shopify. Any assistance would be appreciated.

You can follow my steps to solve your problem

To deactivate your commerce account:

  1. Go to Commerce Manager and select your shop.
  2. In the left-hand menu, click Settings.
  3. Click Edit in the top-right of the Commerce Account Info section.
  4. Click Deactivate Commerce Account.
  5. Enter your Facebook password and click Confirm.
  6. Choose an option from the Reason for Deactivating Account dropdown, or provide your own.
  7. Click Deactivate Account.
