I would also like to know this! I missed the original warning email and now I’m locked out. How can I fix the problem if I can’t access my shop.
Open this link in Chrome Incognito mode. You should be able to get in contact with Chat support.

Chat tells you to fill out the Attestation form. How can I fill it out if I didn’t resolve the problem yet :S

Sorry to hear you can’t access your stores currently. There are many reasons why this could be happening and it’s very difficult to determine why without taking a closer look!
