I have read this post multiple times on the community, so I am assuming it’s a common issue, but I closed my bank account that I was using when I first opened my site. I now cannot receive payouts until I update my bank information.
In order to update my bank information, I have to input the previous (closed) bank account information, and I have no way of accessing that. Is there any way to bypass this option and skip straight to inputing the new bank information in?
