I am unable to change the name of my account after i changed my Shopify email login. It still shows the name of my old account and its being added to my emails that are client facing. The Hugga Pup needs to be changed as that was the name of the old login email address

Yes, that’s an example name that I give. In my case, it is still possible to change normally. You can try changing and saving
