I seems I entered my account information wring as payouts have been rejected. I need to update a new bank account to receive payouts and asking for the old bank information which I do not know. I reached out to Shopify yesterday and still have not received an email. This is ridiculous! I need this resolved asap. Its the holidays and I keep getting payouts rejected and Shopify is holding ny money which is illegal.
