i need to change my bank account information to be able to take payments on my shopify store. I do not remember my old bank account imformation so i need help on how to remove it asap
Login to your Shopify admin > Settings > Payments > click “Manage” within the “Shopify Payments” section > under “payout details” click “change bank account” > put in your new banking details and save changes.
The step where you enter your previous account number to confirm your bank account is ‘optional’ so you shouldn’t have to do it.

You’ll have to contact Shopify directly for help troubleshooting this. There’s not much I can do for you here, on the forums, if it’s insisting that you add your old banking details in order to complete the change.
