How can I update my expiring credit card information?

Hi,

My credit card will expire this month and i need to replace it with a newer one. However, it doesn’t allow me to click and replace my info.

It sounds like you are having issues updating your billing information. It’s possible that you are not logged in through as the Account Owner which may prohibit you from making these changes. If that is not the case, you should be able to add a new payment method card, or update your existing card’s information at any time in your Shopify admin by following these steps:

  1. From your Shopify admin, go to Settings > Billing.

  2. In the Payment methods section, If the credit card is the only available payment method, then click Replace credit card.

  3. Enter the required information.

  4. Click Replace credit card.
