How can I update or remove the email subscribe pop up in my store?

The enter email to subscribe pop up needs to go or be updated, but I can’t figure out how to remove it. www.blingpressdesigns.com is my website

It should be part of your theme settings, in your admin menu click> Online Store under Channels>Click customize on the image of your store and when the page opens with the menu to customize the shop, scroll to the bottom, there will likely be a menu item that says “Pop-Up” which is where you can change the subscriber pop up.

If you have a different theme set up or code added from your email provider, then these instructions might be different but that should allow you to update your pop up.

To get your pop form updated as you’ve requested, navigate to app section in your store from your store admin >> select KLAVIYO all>> select forms>> you’ll get to see an option for customizing your store’s pop up form or to remove it.

As I checked, the pop-up form is from the Klaviyo app.

To edit or delete it, follow the below steps:

  1. From your Shopify admin, navigate to Apps > Klaviyo

  2. Find the Signup Forms tab

  3. Click on the 3-dot button in the form, select edit form or delete
