Thank you. The whole process of creating my Shopify store has been overwhelming. I signed up for a webinar but wasn’t able to connect for an unknown reason. YouTube videos provide little assistance as they miss out hundreds of details. I suppose this is where it would be beneficial to have a mentor! I am researching all possible options at this point.

Thanks Bryan! VOIP sounds like it may be the best solution. Just have to research costs and plans now.
