Hi, yesterday when trying to make a landscape banner on desktop look good and aligned to the rest of the banners underneath it applying a code, we realised that the mobile version cropped the landscape image to a 1080x1500 portrait cutting it pretty much in half. After consulting for nearly two hours with shopify agents, they suggested to come here and request some guide from shopify developers with more experience. I have 0 experience on coding. They have suggested after talking to the theme developers that we create a separate image for mobile (image has been created and is ready to be uploaded) but I have no idea how to code or find the way to upload a different image for the mobile version as the theme doesn’t allow me to do so. I guess it needs to be coded so I’m lost. Can someone help me, guide me, give me baby steps please?
I’m attaching the banner how it perfectly looks in desktop version, how it wrongly looks in mobile and how it should look in mobile with the new image I’ve designed.
