I have a 47mb .mp4 file that I want to use with my still product images. I do not want to embed it into the product description.
I can upload it thru the media area of the product setup page, however it does not show on the front end.
Additionally, I have tried uploading it thru the files section of shopify, and then linking the URL into the media area of the product setup page, but when I do so, it says “image: file extension doesn’t match the format of the file”
Please advise on how to upload media BESIDES just still images in the product setup page, as advertised!
