I did a shop for someone and they never used it so I downloaded theme and we closed account. How do I upload this theme so then I just have to add new photos? rather than starting again?
Its been 3 years and it looks like the builder has changed too

You can upload a theme from the Theme library:

From your Shopify admin, go to Sales Channels > Online Stores > Themes

Scroll down to find the theme library section, and click on “Add theme”

Select the method you’d like to upload your old theme
- Click Upload file.
