How can I use JavaScript to check if a Geolocation app modal is open?

Hi guys,

how do i check to see if the The Geolocation app recommendation modal is open before i load my modal pop up ? I would like to use javascript to check if it is loaded. is that possible ?

this is for the first time users from countries outside of the websites registered country.
