How can I use RTL and LTR text orientation in the same theme?

Dear Community,

I have used a custom CSS code to enable RTL on Refresh theme. I have some testimonials written in English, and the text orientation is RTL. Is there a way to make the English text orientation LTR while maintaining the RTL orientation for the rest of the theme?
