How can I validate cart notes for customer input?

Hi everyone,

Does anyone know if it’s possible to make the cart note validate what is placed in there? For instance, if there is a a typo in the cart box, would it be possible to have the cart note box to notify the customer that the input is incorrect and what they should type in instead?

Thank you for your question.

You could consider using this app Product Warnings on Checkout which helps you to notify your customers about all product aspects before proceeding to the checkout.

You could set the pop-up that said “Please double check the info you put on cart note before checkout” on the cart page to make sure your customer check their input information again.
