My business partner and I accidently created two separate FB pages for the same business. Unintentionally, the Domaine was linked to the wrong FB page so when I tried to verify the domaine name it states that its already claimed by another business manager account!

Because I am a business manager on both FB pages I have shared the domaine name however when I got verify it gives me the same issue!

Any tips on how to get it verified?

I couldn’t merge the two FB pages because I had an error that the page names were different, so I changed the name of the page that I no longer need to match that of the page I do need - unfortunately FB still says the names are different and I think its because its case sensitive! I went to go change the name to ensure that the upper and lower case letters matched but FB seems to only allow you to change the name every 60 days - crazy!

I have also tried deleting the facebook app and starting again, still tells me that domain is already linked to another business manager.

My question is: If I delete the FB business page that the shopify website is already linked to, will that then allow me to link the correct FB page?

Any help here would be much appreciated, its doing my head in!
