You can view individual customer emails from their order in your Shopify store. It appears under the time for their order. Here you can see the history of their transaction.

Here is a video on how to find the order timeline of each of your orders. The order timeline will provide you with all the transactional information on each individual order your store creates.

Is there no email log? We have many orders going out but want to make sure the emails are being sent. Checking individual orders is very time consuming.

We do not have an email sent log that you can access. You would need to go into each individual order timeline to see the confirmation. Have your customers been saying that they haven’t been receiving them?

We are working with a company who helped us migrate to Shopify on this and are not seeing shipping emails being sent out to our customers. We did turn on the bcc us on all emails and there are definitely ones missing.
Kind of odd not to be able to see a log as we have with our old WP site.

Few days ago, some orders were cancelled suddenly (because of strikethrough in order# and time. As this is unnormal to cancel orders, so please kindly advise how to change cancel orders back to regular orders

It is not possible to reverse a canceled order. Your best option would be to email the customer to make them aware and create a draft order.
