How can I verify ID on Shopify without a last name?

I don’t have a last name on my Government Issued ID Document but it is must to enter your last name on shopify.Later on my ID document is not being verified because they say provide a valid document with your name mentioned on it.

I just have a few questions I’d like to ask you before we go a bit further:

  • Can you tell me a bit more about the context as to why you’re submitting your ID? Is it for signing up for your account? Enabling Shopify Payments?
  • Do you have any pieces of identification that include your First Name and Last Name that could be used instead?

Now my account status is being showed as inactive and i don’t know why?
