Hello, so I’m new here I finished my site about two weeks ago I ready to launch it and I couldn’t verify my address so i tried with multiple documents and it didn’t work. I contacted the help center it didn’t work and still nothing now I’m left with my site done and I can’t verify my adress and make use of it

The next step here would be to reach out to our live support team. They can escalate a request to an internal team to manually review the documents. Our live support can be reached via our support portal here.Simply select the relevant topics until the live support options appear, you will then be connected to a live support agent.
You mentioned you have your store completed but cannot use it because of this, I just want to reassure you that you should still be able to use your store and checkout should not be affected by this i.e customers can still checkout! Thanks for your reply - so am I correct in saying you have gotten through to live support and they have escalated a request to an internal team?

That’s is what they said but I week pasted by and nothing I’m paying for nothing literally this is the second moth I’m paying subscription
