I understand you forgot to verify your domain and the domain is blocked at the moment. While this is something that we’d be happy to help you with, it could be faster if you still have the domain verification email in your inbox. Do you recall receiving this email after purchasing the domain?
If you still have the domain verification email, then verifying the domain would be faster through the link contained within. However, if you’re not seeing this email or the email has been deleted, then there’s a couple of options that we can go from here:
- You can trigger a new domain verification email by changing the email for the contact information for your domain. Simply navigate to the domain settings (‘Settings > Domains’) from your admin and select the domain to be edited, then click on the drop-down menu named Domain settings and select Edit contact information.
- We can access your account and resend the domain verification email after we’ve authenticated your account. While we’re not able to provide account-specific support via the Shopify Community at this time, we’d be happy to continue assisting you through live chat, email, or callback. Please visit the Shopify Help Center and log in to your account to create a support request.
