The platform is unable to verify my legal business entity TOMATO TANTRUM LTD although the Shopify store I have created is under the name one minute smoke.
I provided my legal entities documentation but it has been rejected
I am unsure how to proceed!
This is a great question and situation that a lot of businesses find themselves in when expanding.
What I would suggest here is explaining the context to one of our support advisors who can escalate this case to our Payments teams. There they can review, understand the context and if possible then acknowledge and approve.
