Hello to all and happy holidays. I am attempting to set up some advertising through Google and I can’t get past go because it keeps asking me to verify my domain. I followed the instructions provided, which I interpreted to mean that I should add specified google language to my web address but I am not as tech savvy as some of you and I am not sure I am interpreting the directions very well. Any help would be most appreciated.

You mentioned that you are looking to set up some advertising through Google and need to verify your domain. Are you able to confirm if you are setting this up through the Google Channel? I’d also like to confirm if you purchased your domain directly from Shopify, or is it hosted by a third party?
Depending on your current situation, you may need to verify your store by adding an HTML tag. This is done by adding a meta tag (a line of HTML code) to the home page to verify your website. This tag is only a marker and does not give Google access to or permissions for your site. You can check out Google’s guide on this for more information.
