Hi, I´ve recently opened a pet store but my payments seems to not work. Shopify asked me an utilities bill to get my ID verified but I do not own a local place of my business ,neither an address that can be verified with my name . How can I manage this situation to complete the verification?
P.s. the state I live in is Italy.
