How can I verify the legitimacy of SEO and theme fix offers?

I keep getting emails from people offering to fix my seo and my themes etc. my question is how do I know if they are legitimate? I do need help setting up my shop properly, but don’t want to get scammed.

Best answer I got in this respect: Do your own research.

I keep ignoring theses offers and if I am looking for help with SEO I’ll ask if someone knows anybody or I go by positive reviews on the app store.
