How can I view hidden customer information in my dropshipping orders?

Hello, I’ve started dropshipping on Shopify about 3 months ago and I’ve received 5 orders and I haven’t been able to send out the orders because the customer information including their address, phone number, and zip code appear as hidden. If anyone has had this problem or knows how to fix this please help me or lmk.

It would help if you gave a screenshot to show where it’s hidden, also some context to how your store operates / any apps you use related to this, etc.

If you have a problem with an app, best thing you can do is contact that individual app.
