Hello Ryan.
Thanks for the reply my store details are as follows
Apce-store.site
Really appreciate this help.
Hi, @Kingsking10 .
Welcome to the Shopify community. We hope you’re enjoying the platform so far.
To confirm, have you already installed each of these sales channels within your Shopify admin?
When setting up the Facebook Shop, you’ll need to connect your Facebook account, and Facebook assets, select your checkout method and add store details. You can view your Shopify products directly on the Facebook page you created. This page is connected to your Shopify account which allows your products to sync to Facebook.
With Instagram, you can set up your account within the Facebook Sales Channel to enable Instagram Shopping. Once you’ve connected your Instagram account to the Facebook Sales Channel, Instagram Shopping will create a shop on your Instagram profile and let you tag your products in posts and stories. Your customers can click View Shop to view your Shopify products on Instagram.
For the additional sales channels you mentioned, I recommend checking out the resources below that walks you through how to enable them and how to view your store and products on each channel.
Sales Channels / Apps:
Let us know if you require assistance enabling the sales channels or apps to your store.
As @RyanQueen has mentioned, you can copy and paste your social media handles in the SOCIAL MEDIA section of your theme editor. This is a great way to circulate traffic to your social media platforms. While browsing your storefront I noticed you haven’t had a chance yet to create an About Us page. Creating an About Us page can introduce customers to your brand, create customer engagement and gives your company the opportunity to share how you started. We have some handy examples listed on our Shopify Blog if you need help getting started.
I look forward to hearing back and learning more about your business!
Ryan,
Your advice was brilliant, am a novice and just learning.
With the assistance and tips from people such as yourself am starting to find my feet and also realise I have some way to go still.
I will keep you informed as to how I got on
Natasha
