How can make navigation header clickable in Dawn 14.00

I am using Dawn updated theme 14.00 the header link in navigation does not open the page when I create a nested menu under the header. Most of the suggestions are for older versions of Dawn and it does not show up correctly after pasting. If anyone has code for Dawn updated please reply Thanks

I created a nested menu so you can see.

I now have error codes from pasting solutions that didn’t work. I am getting so many errors in my dashboard as well
