I complete my orders on my own without the need of a delivery company so i dont have a tracking number. After client has received a product its still showing on its on their account. How can i change it to show delivered on their side.

Order status can be changed to delivered by Shopify if you add a tracking ID of Shipping carriers supported by Shopify only.
It cannot be changed manually.

I have same issue, so it just stays as “shipping”?

Sorry, I mean cannot be changed.
Its an extremely annoying limitation. There just is no option to mark orders delivered manually. This is a pain if you ship on your own or use services not integrated with shopify. There is an app called Mark Delivered on the shopify app store. It helps you mark any order delivered. My orders uses to be stuck in transit forever, mark delivered helps you mark all historic orders even delivered. Really cleaned up dashboard data after installing Mark Delivered.
