@Ziadm - which theme are you using? please check if you have a featured collections section in customize section
I am still using Dawn, can this be achievable with it?
Edit: There is a feature collection section but the text appears below the image

We can achieve something with the help of custom coding.
As you are new, you can hire the expert for this.
There might be some CSS (styling) that needs to be done to manage the text and button on the image. Would you be able to share the URL, @Ziadm ?
