Once you have the URL for the image, you could potentially use the HTML editor to add the image as a background for your text. You should be careful though because it can become difficult for customers to read the text depending on the image and screen size.

I tried via the image URL it did work. But if you need to do the opposite action, which is to remove the background. It’s better to use https://depositphotos.com/bgremover.html, a free online tool. I’m glad I found it.
