I checked your page speed and your page’s performance is pretty good on desktop however it’s not that well on mobile so I suggest you improve this by switching to a more mobile responsive theme and page builder.
HOMEPAGE
1. Redesign the hero banner to highlight key products, brand features and add a CTA button
To increase the conversion rate, I suggest you use bespoke product photography of your products, a coffee blend would be a great idea. Adding some eye catching text to capture you brand is also a great way to help site visitors understand who you are as a brand. A button to encourage visitors to your desired call-to-action such as subscribing to your newsletter is also crucial as well.
2. Relocate the navigation and search bar to the top of the page
I also suggest you move your navigation part from the bottom to the top of the page as it’s currently not user-friendly for users when they’re scrolling through. The current placement is not really accessible for them, hence they could skip through the navigation.
Placing the search bar is also a great idea to help customers quickly find what they want without having to scroll through the product list.
3. Merge information the footer section
I see that you divided the footer into many parts but I suggest merging Contact & Contact Information & About Us together because they fall into the same umbrella. Including shipping policy with your refund policy is also encouraged to show your store’s professionalism and credibility.

Since coffee is not exactly an easy to swatch product, I suggest you help customers decide on which blend suits them best by adding a pop-up quiz with questions like: How strong do you like your coffee to be? Do you prefer the bitter or sweet after taste?..
2. Add 3-5 photos of products and add lifestyle photography
For optimized conversion rate, I think you should add more product photography. Some ideas could be: zoom-in of the coffee beans, the finished product when done roasting and brewing, a cup of coffee in a nice setting.
Writing some text to provide more information about the size of the packaging, origin and how to make a cup of coffee is also highly recommended.
It’s great to know that you have spent your time developing your business and building your store. I also suggest that including social media as a part of your marketing strategy such as hiring an influencer or running a TikTok account to share your products.
