How can we cancel our activated Shopify Plus subscription?

hi,

We activated Shopify plus to try it out, but now we want to cancel it back. How can we do this?

Please follow below instructions

Steps:

  • Log in to your store as the store owner.
  • From your Shopify admin, click Settings > Plan.
  • Click Deactivate store > Pause and build plan.
  • Carefully review the plan details, and then click Switch to Pause and build.
