I am reaching out in hopes that someone can answer my question and fix the issues that we are having. On our website, wholehealth.com customers can not sign into their account through their mobile phone or tablet, they can only access their account through a desktop.I am wondering how do we change this so that our customers can click on the account icon and access their account through whatever device they are using?
This does seem very odd for. I do have some questions to help understand the situation better. Do you use an app for the customer accounts or is it a native feature from the theme? If it is a native feature from the theme, can I ask what theme you’re using?
Have you tried logging in from a mobile device also or is it just customers? How many customers have reported this also?
