We have built an App for the Omnibus Directive. It has 60-day free trial. With this App you can monitor your compliance. The App saves your price history per product to your Shopify Product metafields and for basic themes there is a theme extension code snippet you can use to show the lowest 30-day price.

Well, the easiest way I found was using the app. There are several on app store, I use Omnibus Insight.
