nachdem ich sehe das du eine deutsche URL hast, antworte ich dir einfach direkt auf Deutsch. :wink:

Meine persönliche Meinung:

  • Store sieht schon einigermaĂźen ordentlich aus.

  • Du versuchst eine Lifestyle Brand aufzubauen → Versuch hier bessere Images zu erstellen. Mach ein paar Shootings, UGC Content etc. Hilft auch beim Trust Building

  • Versuch den Social Proof Factor stärker einzubauen. Bspw. auch hier ĂĽber UGC. Du kannst am Anfang einfach deine Freunde fragen, ob Sie hier den Pullover anziehen.

  • Deine nav bar ist sehr groĂź. Da wĂĽrd ich auf jeden Fall einsparen.

  • Versuch bei deinem Hero Image auch eine Headline + einen CTA Button einzubauen.

  • Bei deinen Beschreibungen auf der Home Page, wĂĽrd ich die Texte centeren.

  • Den 25% Preisnachlass könntest du auch als announcement bar darstellen.

  • Ich wĂĽrde auch auf jeden Fall ein Featured Product oder Bestseller auf die Home Page packen

  • Den Warenkorb button wĂĽrd ich auf jedenfall einfärben (mit einer Contrast Color).

  • The header takes up more space than it needs. Move the menu up along with the logo instead of having it on a separate row.

On the homepage:

  • Make the banner image bigger
  • Add an emotive headline and a compelling call-to-action
  • Increase the horizontal spacing between the image and text

On the product page:

  • Add value proposition
  • Hide the stars widget until you receive some reviews and change the color to something more visible
  • Add benefit-driven statements along with icons
  • Add trust seals
  • Change the background-color of the add to cart button and create a strong call-to-action that stands out
  • Add payment icons under the call-to-action
  • Add a three-step journey
  • Add FAQ section

  1. Adding your product listing with add-to-cart buttons to your landing page
  2. Adding a blog about your design concepts, your customers, why gorilla? would help attract visitors via SEO traffic
  3. Once you have some sales, it would be nice to add a post-purchase survey (marketing attribution – where they found out about you, or product feedback). You can reward your customers through coupons or points incentives to keep them coming back.

The sweaters look really cool! I suppose a general feedback would be to increase your SKU’s. Right now I only see 3 options to select from. Any fashion site does well when their SKU list is high and customers have many options to choose from!

Another suggestion would be since its a new web store, to build trust in your potential customers to add UGC (customer photos/videos) on homepage or product pages.
Adding UGC to your business greatly increases the conversion rate and AOV !
