We are a bike shop and are looking for a way to book in bike repairs/ workshop bookings.
Bookings are made in-house or over the phone.
It is important that we can create a draft order while booking, so we can add replacement parts while working in the workshop. Ideally we need to include the work that is needed to be done in the order (questionnaire template?). The order will be completed when finished and paid in POS when the customer collects the bike.
It is important that this integrates with Google Calendar.
I have looked at appointment bookings app, but unfortunately there are all limited in editing orders once booked etc.
Please help.
