How can we reconnect Latitude Pay as a payment method?

We are trying to reconnect our Latitude pay as it says that you are changing your third party requirements. We are trying to load Latitude pay as a payment method but it isn’t coming up under ‘Search by payment methods’ or ‘search by provider’. How do we fix this issue as we were unable to find anything useful in your help center portal.

I can appreciate that this may be frustrating, however I am here to offer some guidance. You’re correct in saying that we are in the process of changing the requirements needed by our third party payment providers. Most third-party payment providers have been updating their integrations to be compatible with Shopify’s latest checkout, however some providers such as Latitude pay are yet to make the changes to their integrations. That is why they are showing as unavailable in your payments settings.

If your payment provider has not been updated, you can reach out to them at this link for a timeline, or alternatively find a new provider. You can view a full list of payment providers by clicking on your country here.

Don’t forget, you might also be eligible for Shopify Payments dependent on where you are located. Shopify Payments which gives a great checkout experience for your customers, which offers them the ability to pay by credit card, use Google and Apple Pay. When it’s enabled, you don’t pay any transaction fees, which will save you money! You can learn more about Shopify Payments here.
