Shopify, it would be nice if you vetted the apps that are available in the app store a bit better. About 75% of the time I try out an app or send an email to ask a question, the developers do not answer or provide terrible support.
It’s a huge waste of time for your retailers.
Just the other day, I had one that wouldn’t answer my questions about their app simply because I had uninstalled it after trying it out. That is psychotic.
I now have one that isn’t responding after I have already started working with them to set up their app.
Then we have to sit in live chat if we want to complain about it. You need to have a complaint form that we can use to report these low-quality, poorly-supported apps.
When I search “complaint” or “file complaint about an app,” in the Help Center, there are no relevant results about how to do that.
