Hi, this sounds so simple but yet I cannot figure it out.
We want to see when customers have last logged in, so we can potentially send them emails to offer them something to come back.
I’m sure I’m missing something, but this should be available somewhere or somehow?
Right now Shopify does not natively have that.

Basically, whenever a customer logs in, it’ll track that and save it into the app. Same as when doing a purchase through an email that already exists on the store - that’ll count as a login as well
You can export that data as .csv and use it in your CRM like Klaviyo.
Another plug, I also have an app that tracks customer logins and adds a tag along with "First logged in” and “last logged in” datestamp metafield for Shopfiy customer segments.
