Hi, I have some experience with this app you speak of. I do not believe it is compatible with Shopifys “New Customer Accounts”
I am assuming you are using the “new customer accounts” because the B2B features shopify offers are only compatible with the “new customer accounts”.
As far as I can see in the following guide, the Login as Customer app by Magefan supports new customer accounts and b2b as well Shopify: Log in as Customer from the Admin [3 Options]
