Hi is there a way you can let customers know that there are discounts on your website, for example if you offer a discount when they purchase several items. Is there a way to tell them on your site that this promotion is happening? I believe at the moment they would only know a % discount is being offered when they get to checkout and they have the correct items by chance to fulfil the discount criteria. The only simple way I can think of is using the message bar at the top of the screen, but ideally would like something a bit bigger than this.

This is a great question. You can inform your new and returning customers about the active discounts on the store by adding an announcement bar to your online store homepage. You will have the option to enter in whatever text you would like - in this case, you can let your customers know of any on-going discount codes available in the checkout. This is a great way to help encourage a purchase!
Additionally, you can add a pop-up that can also inform your customers of any discounts or free shipping offers that you may have. In order to do this, you will need to add it manually within the coding - or look to use a third-party application that can assist you with the function.
