Hi, I work for a cheese company - and we have an annual big campaign to sell giant wheels of cheese at Christmas.
We take a pre-payment in Shopify HOWEVER since we use DEAR for inventory - this creates an issue, where if a customer adds the product (the giant cheese wheel deposit) AND includes another item from the store - because the giant cheese wheel is a non inventory product, we will be unable to ‘fulfil’ the order, and it stuffs all our inventory management in DEAR up.
I need to be able to put up this pre-payment product - as if it’s a one-off product that can be bought in conjunction with anything else from the online store (in the same transaction)
Please help!
